The principals of Eastern have closed over $3 billion of real estate transactions and the firm currently has projects in the Dallas and Atlanta metro areas.
Eastern Partners is active in the energy industry, owning positions in natural gas and related businesses. Eastern is currently pursuing energy investments including shale-related service opportunities and non-operating positions.
The principals of Eastern Partners and their capital partners are pursuing seed and venture capital opportunities in the United States with a focus on technology and manufacturing.
Reiner A. Brasch
Since forming Eastern Partners in 2004, Mr. Brasch has been involved with oversight of turnaround projects such as mixed-use tracts in the southwest, consisting of office, multi-family, banking, and residential/commercial land. Prior to Eastern, he worked with The Mullen Company in excess of twenty years, leasing office, retail, and industrial properties across the Dallas area. He received a BBA from Southern Methodist University in 1985.
Mark Chudik
Prior to joining Eastern, Mr. Chudik was a Director with AllBridge Investments, where he oversaw acquisitions and asset management. Before joining AllBridge, he was an acquisitions officer for The Milestone Group, and was a Vice President with Olympus Real Estate Partners from where he was responsible for investment activities including the acquisition, structuring, negotiating, financing, asset management and disposition of opportunistic real estate investments. He received a BA from The University of Michigan and an MBA from The University of Texas.
T. Chris Cooper
Mr. Cooper formed Eastern Partners in 2004 and has overseen numerous land and energy opportunities, including an energy services platform with Heckmann Corporation. While with Eastern and its affiliate, The Mullen Co., Mr. Cooper invested in, developed and sold thousands of acres of property in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Prior to Eastern, he was with Olympus Real Estate Partners beginning in 1997. He received a BBA and BA from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from The University of Texas.
Daniel B. Stuart, Jr.
Since forming Eastern Partners, Mr. Stuart has been directly involved in the acquisition, development and management of the firm’s real estate including retail land, multifamily properties and lifestyle/resort communities. For over 20 years, he has been involved in market analysis, acquisitions, financing, brokerage, and the renovation and management of an active multifamily portfolio. Prior to joining Eastern, Mr. Stuart worked as a principal with a mergers and acquisitions business in Texas and California. He received a BA from Texas Christian University.
